As a fractional CFO (also known as: external CFO) I help entrepreneurs and management gain control over numbers, make better decisions, and grow in a controlled way. No reports for the sake of reports, but financial insights that directly contribute to strategic implementation and results.

Fractional CTO (external CTO for growing companies)

As a fractional CTO, I act as an experienced technological leader who flexibly supports organizations in technical strategy, architecture, and team development. For companies that need strategic technical guidance but do not (yet) have a full-time CTO
